Bilingual Foster Care Caseworker
Job Summary:
- Includes providing reception at arrival and immediate and brief orientation of a child;
- providing orientation and casework services, educational assessment, and assistance with educational concerns;
- conducting supervisory visits; participating in Foster Parent Training;
- providing translation and interpretive services; maintaining case records, and performing other job-related tasks.
Education/Experience:
- Two years of college required as well as ability to read, write and speak a foreign language;
- Two years experience working with children preferred.
Special Requirements:
- Position requires valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation: ability to speak Burmese (Chin and/or Karen);
- availability to work some evenings/weekends.
Location:
- Refugee Foster Care Program, Phoenix
Schedule/Hours & Salary Information:
- 40 hours per week
- pay grade 9

Behavior Therapy Aide
Job Summary:
- Oversees the clients in residential setting, providing support & supervision;
- maintains a clean safe environment; assists clients with self administration of medications, completes documentation, manages aggressive, hostile or other inappropriate behavior;
- reports violations of client agreement; insures positive interaction with neighbors and other visitors.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent.
Special Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age;
- Must provide a statement from doctor indicating good health and has no communicable diseases;
- employee must be fingerprinted through the Arizona Department of Public Safety;
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be approved by insurance company for driving purposes.

- Aspen House, Flagstaff, AZ
Schedule/Hours & Salary Information:
- 1 full time position (40 hours)
- 3 part time positions (hours vary, day/evening/weekend)

Relationship Manager - Prescott
Job Summary:
- works with agency staff to implement H.O.P.E. programs with strong emphasis on developing positive relationships with staff and clients across programs.
- Performs assessments, maintains documentation, interacts with staff, clients, and public regarding H.O.P.E. programs available.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in related field (work history in social services may be substituted for degree with Division Director approval),
